“It's hard to find a mechanic to trust and the first time I had Joe and his team at Aamco inspect my car, I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. Joe's always been very transparent when it comes to options - always giving me a cheaper choice and explaining the pros and cons. On a few occasions, I have taken my car into him to check some things out that are outside of the scope of their normal repairs and he has helped me out gratis (like replaced a blinker bulb and fixed my glitchy radio). Recently, I took my car to him and he told me it was a front end alignment and tire problem and that was not something they do. What he did do was contact an associate of his, drove my car to this other mechanic to get an estimate, called me to give me the details and see what I wanted to do, called them back and went and picked my car up from them when they were finished. He didn't have to do any of that. He went above an beyond to provide such excellent service (that wasn't even his service). After this last encounter, I felt compelled to write a review. My husband and I have been using this team for almost two years and will continue to do so. I know I can count on them and that their prices will be fair (if not even surprisingly cheap sometimes).”
