“My clutch pedal was getting really stiff when the weather got hot and was slipping on occasion. I went into AAMCO really worried about what was wrong and how much it would cost. I left it there and waited for a few hours. Got a call from Kevin informing me that there wasn't a problem and that the clutch pedal just needed a slight adjustment. The grand total for my repair was $20. The taxi ride home and back cost more than that! Needless to say I was happy and incredibly relieved. I went in thinking there was a serious problem and they easily could have charged me a few hundred dollars more. I think that says a lot about their honesty. Kevin was very professional in explaining the process of getting an estimate and each step thereafter.  The final bill was about what I had initially feared (needed a rebuild), but there were no surprises and everything was explained and shown to me to my satisfaction.  Turn-around time was within what they estimated (3-5 days).  And there is an Enterprise rental very close by on Buford Hwy which gave me a 10% discount when I told them my car was here.”

After getting a ridiculously high estimate from a local Ford dealership to put a new transmission into my 2010 Ford Fusion, I called AAMCO Transmission on Buford Highway to see if they could help.
