“I called the Hiram location 3 hours before closing Saturday for an oil change. I was sure they would not be able to fit me in, but Mo said they could. “This AAMCO service center is the BEST!!!! They took care of me and my Nissan Altima! I usually don't like to go to get my car serviced because as a woman I feel as though I am often over quoted ...however here was not the case I was asked what the concerns were and given a fair estimate on service, so I felt comfortable and handed over my keys! The job was completed in record time.. I hadn't noticed because as I sat in the clean and comfortable lobby the owner kept me fed with popcorn, water and soda. “I wanted to say thank you to the incredible service, compassion and technical ability to the team at Aamco in Hiram, GA on Wendy Bagwell Pkwy. I was on the way home from being with my mother after the passing of my step father when my Nissan van began to have engine trouble. My GPS system had sent me a different direction for the first time leaving my mother's home going back to my home in Florida. I kept looking for a sign for a repair shop and noticed the AAMCO sign with "total car care" in the motto - and they are not wrong. I pulled in and spoke with the owner (Moe) and the tech as well as a member from the corporate office who was on site. The reason corporate was there is that this location was not even fully open for business but they were more than willing to help a stranded traveler and look at my van. It turned out that one of my cylinders had gone bad and needed to be repair which would take many hours. The owner offered to drive me anywhere I wanted to go and he did - the tech was incredibly informed, efficient and understanding of my need to be back on the road to get home to my wife who is recovering from cancer, and my family. This location took care of me and my car as if I was a member of their family. I have never had an experience like this and if I lived closer I would bring every vehicle I own, or will own, to them. It is not only because of the technical expertise but also the caring and loving attitude showed by everyone at the facility. If you live in the area make sure to bring your cars by and meet some of the most incredible and caring staff anywhere.”
