We figured we'd probably pay more but at least we could take it to any of them if we had an issue. Hank and Kevin were great and we knew that we had made a good choice when first they called prior to charging us a dime to tell us what the issue was. Kevin called and said a part needed replacement and if it didn't fix the problem, we would not have to pay for it! We do not trust many car repair places but we feel very confident that these guys really do put the customer first and fix the problem without trying to sell a bunch of needless add on service.”
