“Dear Mike, I must tell you how grateful my son and I were to be able to complete our trip after a transmission failure 1100 miles from home. On March Fourth, as I was getting ready to return back to Pennsylvania, my 2007 Tahoe gave up. The next morning I talked to Mike and had the vehicle delivered to his facility. After a brief discussion, he would look at the best way to go. This was Thursday and I needed to be back home for a long awaited medical procedure for my 40 year old son Tuesday morning. Everything Mike told me went exactly as he said it would. He called later on and we made a decision to go with a re-manufactured product to save time. He called me Friday and said it got there a little late but he would do his best to have it ready by the end of the day or Saturday if necessary. He called me at five o'clock and said pick it up. He put two techs on it. I went there and paid him. He explained the warranty and I was off. I left Daytona Saturday and arrived home in time and yes, no problems. I found Mike an easy person to understand and converse with. I was a total stranger with a problem and he solved it. I know he had to put other work aside for a little bit to complete mine and he was able to do it. Even though it’s a national business, it’s no good without people like him. I will return to Daytona again and I will stop and thank Mike again. Thank you Mike and thank you AAMCO.”
