From the moment I called the owner answered the phone very professionally and friendly. He set up an appointment the same day to have my van checked out. He didn't tell his tech what I suspected. They drove the car, rotated the wheels to see if the noise was tire transfer and then drove the car with me along. Diagnosed it as bearings. Even had a second tech. also diagnose it. I"d checked with Brake Masters ahead of time for the cost on new bearings and these guys came in under that. The car is working perfectly now.
