“We recently had problems with the transmission for our 1999 Honda Accord. The store manager Tim had it towed in to his shop located on Country Club dr. in Mesa. After throwing it up on his scanner and road testing it they found out that the transmission was in bad shape. Instead of just giving me one expensive option, Tim gave me three options that would help us out financially and get us back on the road asap! They completely rebuilt the transmission and tested it out completely, staying way past store hours to make sure our car was in the proper driving condition. Tim and Tony were very helpful in any questions or concerns we might have and they even gave me a tour of the whole shop, showing me how they did everything. “Went in expecting a huge bill and ended up only needing an oil change! I went in to get a slow leak checked on my vehicle. When I got a call from an employee there he told me I had a bad fitting on my radiator which was causing the leak and it was actually worse than I thought. He didn't give me a quote for the fix, but said he noticed the radiator looked new and asked if it had been recently replaced...which it had been 29 days earlier. He suggested I call the radiator shop and see if it's under warranty, when i did I found I had 1 day left on it. The part was replaced for free and since they were honest and helpful I had them do an oil change for me even though I wasn't due for another 1000 miles. I'll definetly be going back!”

They seemed flexible and willing to accommodate my needs and I thought the price was fair to replace the failing transmission in my wife's '98 Ford Explorer. But seven months later shifting problems developed and the check engine light came on. Oh boy, here we go I thought. What will they do to dodge this bullet?
